When you want only the best, SAGE Private Services is the answer. Each relationship begins with the SAGE Advisor meeting with the older adult/family to coordinate services that will best meet the needs of the client. Services include nursing, home-delivered meals, housekeeping and personal assistance, adult daytime care, Aging Life Care, and The Learning Center.

How do I enroll?
Call the SAGE Advisor at (912) 236-0363 for more information or to get started. The SAGE Advisor will be able to answer your questions and will continue to work with you after you begin receiving services to ensure your satisfaction.
How quickly can I start?
A Care Advisor generally can meet with you immediately. Each service has different requirements, but in general services can be initiated in a time frame of one day to one week.
Do I have to pay for services up front?
When services are initiated, you will be asked for a pre-payment of $100, which will be applied to the cost of your services. The pre-payment can be made with cash, check or major credit card. You will then be billed on a bi-weekly or monthly basis for services received.
What if I change my mind?
You are under no long-term obligation to continue services. A phone call to the SAGE office with 24 hours notice is all that is needed to discontinue services.
Can I receive services in Pooler or Tybee Island?
SAGE can provide all available services throughout Chatham County. Many of our services are available in outlying counties as well.
Is there any help available to cover the cost of services?
Most long-term care insurance policies will cover some or all costs. There are also government-funded programs which can assist with the cost of services, but there are usually waiting lists for these programs. The SAGE Advisor can make appropriate referrals for assistance as needed.
